You know that Ukraine flooded land to stop the Russians after the Feb 2022 invasion or don't you?

It's a military strategy that worked for perhaps thousands of years

Dniepr river near Kherson is a very wide river, so the extent now is bigger.
Besides when you are defending your country, your people, you have more rights imo than an Intruder, Invader.
Military strategy you say, but why do some countries still consider themselves an empire that respects no borders or deals.
I know it used to be like that in the past, we had that Hitler guy who killed millions of jewish people, and Stalin who starved to death even more, especially Ukrainians. But its unfair, and its not really an explanation that this is classic conservative Values of war.

Bottom line is that it's a widely used military strategy and it's been used countless times (also by the Ukrainians).

I'm not surprised at all that the damn was blown, it was predicted that things would escalate more and more and it will only get worse.

Bolded: If NATO had not behaved like an empire (with a need to keep expanding) we wouldn't be here. You know that right...

Yes, two extemums within a month. Suspicious, keeping in my mind the fact who actually control the dam.
