Yeah precisely, but that wont happen, instead what we're seeing is the US rallying all of China's neighbors to form military blocs so as to prevent their ascension. Maybe it works but i'm doubtful, China is just too big and there is just too much industrial leverage there. We can probably get most of western Europe, Japan, SK to be on our side but it's tough sledding everywhere else. Why would Africa or SA or Central Asia position themselves against China, it doesn't make economic sense.

Central Asia is landlocked they need China. Africa and SA are mostly what I will call extractive economies and they have been bled every single day by the West with no other viable options previously.
Japan and SK have no choice, I wouldn't even call them a sovereign country as long as you have foreign troops on your soil, and they have a load of them.

Funny thing is Canada has started recruiting immigrants into the military, starting in 2022



It is actually pretty messed up, we specifically recruit people from India to come to Canada to work our low skill minimum wage jobs, promising them wages they couldn't dream of in India, only for them to then realize the cost of living is so high that they don't actually make much profit and have to live in the worst parts of town with like 5 people to a 2 bedroom apartment.

Since the Canadian military has had so much trouble recruiting they have implemented this same strategy. I would guess that within a couple years a large portion of our military will be made up of Indians, though they have also started offering more incentives for Canadian citizens as well.

5 Indians in 2 bed apartments. I've seen pron that started out the same way.
