It would be a lot easier for all of us if Floyd was in great health and clearly died because Chauvin choked him to death. But that doesn't seem to be the case. The state can still prove manslaughter/murder, but they'll need to work much harder for it.

Like I said, experts can disagree. Almost like that's why we have a trial instead of just listening to the experts or something.

Yes and I see what you are saying. But all I’m going to say is what does the state worker have to fear if he made the same claims as the private autopsy? The cops aren’t going to arrest and beat his ass. If anything he just put a huge target on his back for all the emotionally fueled, media confused leftists.
