I hadn't looked deeply into it, just posted what I got from osmosis basically.
Yeah that's a lot of funding that could be there if it was tied to specific things Covid related, but as it stands it's not something to fight over.
Republicans should drop the business liability part and be like "LOOK WE'RE NEGOTIATING. PELOSI ISN'T. REMEMBER THAT AT THE POLLS"
That won't happen because the #1 issue for Republicans right now is protecting big business interests from exposing employees, but it would be a smart move if they did.
