I don't care enough about this issue to watch a bunch of videos, I just wonder if there were legitimate people there protesting the taking down of the statue who weren't hateful. The truth of what happened is separate from what the president should have said.
I'm saying if you are attending a white nationalist rally to march in unison with people chanting nazi slogans, waving nazi flags, and giving the nazi salutes, then no you are not a good person. We're not just talking about an ordinary protest where some people who were nazis showed up. No, the very organizers of this event were Jason Kessler, the National Policy Institute, and the National Socialist Movement. If you show up to a self identified white nationalist rally to mach in unison with white nationalists, then you are not a fine person.
