MUhammad being divine? Let's make a very quick comparison with what Muhammad and Jesus says with regards to Husbands and Wives.

Muhammad commanded his male followers to beat their disobedient wives. He gave men the right to beat their wives who persistently disobeyed them.
Sura 4:34 "As those you fear may be rebellious admonish, banish them to their couches, and beat them."

Now let's compare that with The Bible:

Colossians 3:19 - Husbands, love your wives and do not be harsh with them.
Ephesians 5:25 - Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her.
1 Peter 3:7 - Husbands, in the same way be considerate as you live with your wives, and treat them with respect as the weaker partner and as heirs with you of the gracious gift of life, so that nothing will hinder your prayers.
Galatians 3:28 - There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, foryou are all one in Christ Jesus.

Based on this alone I cannot accept Muhammad as being divine and working in that person's life. yet at the same time I do not dispute the fact that Muhammad did indeed exist.

You think the problem is that there is a lack of evidence that God exists. Yet when you take a look at Israel, they saw everything from the 10 plagues, to the splitting of the Red Sea to the 10 Commandments and yet they still fell into Sin.
I tell you the problem doesn't lie in whether God exists or not, the problem lies deep in your heart. You do not agree with the message that The Bible teaches and so you reject it. There is no dispute that the message is real and from the mouth of God.

In Luke 8:4-15 Jesus tells the story of the Parable of the Sower. You seem to me like the seed that fell on the rocky path. You hear the word and reject it. You have heard the exact same message that I have and anybody else for that matter. The problem lies in the hearer.

I'll tell you something you should hear, your judgement. In Luke 8:10 Jesus quotes Isaiah 6:9-10. If you hear the word of God and reject it then your judgement is that you will keep on rejecting the word of God, not by your doing but by God's doing.
I know you know that God exists, you merely reject the message he brings. I do not dispute that Muhammad did in fact exist, I merely reject the message he brings. Muhammad commanded his followers to beat their wives when they were disobedient. Even Australia does not agree, have you heard the Slogan "Violence against Women Australia says No."?

Now we have that settled, we must delve deeper as to why you reject the word of God. Did you lose a loved one when you were younger? Did you have a rough upbringing through childhood? Did you go into a Church and were made fun of by Christians? What is the real reason that you reject the word of God?

Calling out Islam for condoning wife beating after the conversation we’ve just had about slavery is hilarity on a fucking biblical scale  fuck outta here

But how else can you explain their transformation?!?!?!

Culture. It is influenced to them at such a young age. They are brought up with the rules and the ways to live. If they dare reject Muhammad then their entire family rejects their own. I know this because I have met some Muslims who are in that exact situation. They chose Jesus over Muhammad and as a result their own family members disowned them.

There is no doubt that if you want to live life a certain way then you will be naturally drawn to that with which lines up with your ideals. Let's take prayer as an example. I believe in praying for other people that they will come to know Christ. I will even pray for you right now so you can see how powerful prayer really is.

Pray with me Thor123422.

Heavenly Father, you are our lawgiver. That’s what you say in Isaiah 33:22. We pray right now for Thor123422 that he would want to follow you God.
Father we ask that Thor123422 who is against you would feel guilt, Lord, that he would realize that it’s folly and he would realize that he is going to Hell Lord.
Hell is real. The lake of fire is real. People weep and gnash their teeth forever and ever. The fire is not quenched. The worm does not die. It’s a miserable place.
Oh Father all of your ways are just and all of your ways are righteous. We submit to you right now.

Father we pray that the fear of God would fill Thor123422 and that everyone would say that anybody that is against God is an evil person.
Father this is what our founding fathers believe, this is what your word teaches and Father, we trust in you right now to raise up Thor123422.
Vengeance is yours so we trust in you LORD, we rely on you and we hope in you and now we pray this in Jesus’ name amen.

Thank you for praying today, please tune in next time and may God bless and keep you.

And if a person became a Muslim without their family pressuring them into it?

Every case is individual, there is no one single answer to fit every one.

So then I can write off your case as just somebody having an experience they are attributing to God, since everybody's experience is different.

Believe what you will, boy. I will be praying that prayer for you until you feel guilt, you realize that it's folly and you realize that you are going to Hell.

Cool. Now back on topic. How do you know that what you experienced is God? Since by your own logic we can write it off as an experience that doesn't require God.

Oh right, I forgot the most important thing of all. An Angel of the LORD actually appeared before me and told me which way to go. I couldn't believe my own eyes either but I guess I was just one of the lucky ones who actually saw an Angel appear before me.

I was also had my face down in the dirt due to the blinding light. It just goes to show that if you pray hard enough then an Angel will appear and tell you exactly what you need to hear.

God works in mysterious ways. There once was a religious man who lived in a small village. One day a huge storm came which threatened the whole village so the residents had to be evacuated. Yet the religious man stayed, he prayed to God that he would save him from the flood. When he finished praying, along came another man walking by. He said to the religious man "Come with me, let's get out of here together." The religious man said "No, I'm waiting for the LORD to come and save me." The man walked on, the water kept on rising. Along came a man riding a camel. He said to the religious man "Come with me, let's get out of here together." The religious man said "No, I'm waiting for the LORD to come and save me." The man and the camel walked on. The water kept on rising to the point where the religious man was sitting on the roof of his house. Along came a man in a boat. He said to the religious man "Come with me, let's get out of here together." The religious man said "No, I'm waiting for the LORD to come and save me." The man in the boat moved on. The water kept on rising and the religious man died by drowning. Then he met the LORD. He asked the LORD "Why didn't you save me?" The LORD replied "I sent you a man, I sent you a camel and I sent you a boat. What more do you want?"

Let's say for example that the religious man took up the offer of one of the three. Then later on he tells a non-believer how God answered his prayer. Obviously the non-believer will claim coincidence and that you can't prove that it was God. Yet the one who prayed and answered the call knew that it was God who answered that prayer.

I speak to you in this Parable so that - Isaiah 6:9-10 NIV

He said, “Go and tell this people:

“‘Be ever hearing, but never understanding;
be ever seeing, but never perceiving.’
Make the heart of this people calloused;
make their ears dull
and close their eyes.
Otherwise they might see with their eyes,
hear with their ears,
understand with their hearts,
and turn and be healed.”
