Its normal to be overweight, our bodies didnt change too much from prehistoric times, where food was a problem and our bodies liked to be fat, so they could survive longer no-food terms. This is biology. Of course it would be better if our bodies evolved quickly, but it doesnt seem to happen very quickly.
Of course in Russia you guys dont have enough high quality food to be overweight. And you guys have to work harder because you dont have proper tools and need more work to achieve same results.
70% people took the vaccine and that's great. That's one of the reasons why Russia males have only 64 years life expectancy, while in western countries its 10 or 15 years more. And now, after the war, the stats should go down even further.
