Fascism - check
disdain for liberal democracy - check
dictatorship - check
anti-communism - check
scientific racism - check (they're literally calling Ukrainians undeserving of life because of their ethnicity)
I haven't seen white supremacy or social darwinism but I wouldn't doubt he would use it if he needed to.
Fascism:

Calling today’s Russia fascist is intellectually lazy, and it fails to say anything specific about Putin’s regime. Failing to find an appropriate label, commentators reach for the most negative political buzzword they can find. But one doesn’t have to call Russia fascist to condemn the current regime — it’s bad enough without misnaming it.
Disdain for liberal democracy: I strongly reccomend reading up on what happened to Russia during liberal democratic 90s. You will be hard pressed to find many Russians who want to revive this experience, which is a shame as an unique chance has been lost. Here is a good video explaining:
Hollywood even made movies mocking Russian “liberal democracy” and how US consultants saw through Yeltsins bid for presidency to victory.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spinning_BorisDictatorship: not there yet, but definitely showing features of it, I would agree with an article like that:

Scientific racism: this is just straight up made up. Has he ever made any such claims?
