Are you even aware that the (Russian) saboteurs crossed the border coming from the Ukrainian side and were in possession of armored vehicles?

How you can frame this as "Russia saying: bomb Belgorod" is beyond me. It was an attack on some random villages where Russian military wasn't even present amiright?

Inb4 "attacking civilians is a good opportunity to test NATO weapons"
