On an aside, I do agree with Ironfister, Ukrainian politics was and is heavily influenced by Russia, for decades, so it is perfectly natural that there is a corruption overlap.

You've read what he said, he's now mixing up corruption in Russia with Russia corrupting the corona vaccine program which is BS so I corrected him and pointed out that Russia was in fact one of the first (or the first) to roll out a corona vaccine and in fact shared it with countries that were interested much to the dismay of Western countries.
Then he linked an Harvard article that concluded that Russia did not treat Ukraine the same as Serbia which is no surprise, the only thing you need to read is the title:
