First you literally say that Ukraine has some (lol) corruption problems and now you say it's only because of Russia? And Russia is trying to corrupt the whole of EU too? Man...

Did you check this out, the CIA openly trying to recruit Russians to spy (read: to corrupt / undermine the Russian state)?

I didnt say that its only because of Russia. In fact I specifically wrote that rich people in Ukraine want corruption to grow, because it lets them become even more richer.
Also I didnt say that Russia tries to corrupt whole EU, but they do try to destabilize EU by: supporting antivaccine and other antiscience movements, by supporting nationalism so that Russia can eat countries one by one instead of having to deal with united europe, etc.

I believe Russia was one of the first (maybe even the first) country to roll out a Covid vaccine (Sputnik?)

Russia first? I remember they were one of the last countries to actually vaccinate their population.

Wrong, they were one of the first or literally the first country to roll out the corona vaccine but Russian people didn't want to get vaccinated, they probably believed that vodka was gonna be more effective against covid. What's Poland's national alcoholic beverage by the way?

Regarding the article you posted, it's no surprise that in 2020/2021 Russia and Ukraine weren't best friends, in fact there was a war raging in Eastern Ukraine since 2014. Do you not understand that?
