Things would have been very different in Ukraine if Russia wasnt occupying Ukraine for one hundred years and then messing with Ukraine for the last 15years.
Obviously to conquer the country Russia tries to destabilize it first, and spreading corruption is one of the means to do so.
Other means are: spreading antivaccin propaganda, antiEU propaganda, fascist propaganda.
Russians are messing whole Europe with their fake propaganda, but obviously Ukraine is target no1 for them.
