are you implying Trump has only moderate policy goals in mind?
the moderate aspects of his platform are Tax reform (done), Entitlement Squeezing (political suicide the congress wont stand by), and generic deregulation (done). along with 2 USSC justices (basically done).
Trump's blown his wad in terms of generic moderate policy. most moderates agreed with it and still do, neither USSC pick is evil and tax reform was good.
which begs the question, what is his policy moving forward and is that policy moderate? The wall? Reform on media liability? Entitlement reform? Going after legal pot? im curious if ive missed anything.
shapiro is right that the media is ignoring policy wins in favor of twitter hysteria, but he's leaving out the lack of moderate policy moving forward.

This. Trump isn't convincing moderates - the craziness of the left is.
People were so against the bullshit of the left in 2016 that they voted for Drumpf - a reality tv star/business man. The "most qualified candidate in the world" couldn't beat Drumpf. The "tolerant" people on the left that make everything into an issue of race/bigotry/etc. are the reason Drumpf exists. It's hilarious to watch unfold. You fools created what you hate so much.
If the left wants to win in 2020, they should run the candidate that is as close to center as possible. Biden comes to mind. A huge portion of voters are in the middle, and they're screaming for a halfway decent candidate on either side to feel good about voting for.
Who the fuck rolled into a voting both in 2016 feeling good about voting for either of the shit candidates we were given? You probably voted for who you thought was the lesser of two evils.
the lefts been rolling pretty well in 2018 at the voting booth. im confused how anyone could say moderates are being swayed. perhaps he swayed them in 2016, but 2018? 2020? heh....
