yeah I believe so. you can check up any european country and mortality rates per year.
I believe few countries, such as Italy, had an increase of like 2% during the pandemic that was shown on TV with hundreds of dead bodies on the streets and shit ^^
don't take my word for it however, as I only checked like 10 countries.


edit/ italy in 2019 had 641k dead people, in 2020 it had 646.44. Increase of 0.75% during the "deadly pandemic that leaves dead people all around"

The mortality of it is way down and one case now isnt the same as 1 case 6 months ago. Be thankful the acute phase is over.

it makes sense extended lockdowns would reduce mortality in a number of categories, as well as maks/lockdowns reducing flu/cold deaths.

its a dangerous world out there, force people to stay at home and u have less workplace deaths, automobile deaths, heart attacks, etc.
