Luke 13:1-5 will testify to this. It doesn't get much more clearer than that. Make your choice.

Why does no free will = force of nature with no agency? You must be thinking of a different god than me.

The God I worship created the Universe. This reminds me of a song that we sung for a kid's Holiday program. You would do well to learn this song as you may learn who the one true God really is.

If something has no free will it is by definition not an agent and acts in a predetermined manner.
