I think 44:00 to 47:00 is the most relevant section of that video.
/e or event 44:00-50:00, if you want to be depressed.

I think John is getting old in regards to Obama's Blob and his engagement with the United States Foreign Policy establishment when he said 2000/2009 .

I am taking a quick look and search on internet and it might be The Atlantic interview in 2016.

It was called

The Atlantic

The Obama Doctrine

The U.S. president talks through his hardest decisions about America’s role in the world.

By Jeffrey Goldberg

I am reading it now to see what he thinks. Obama is one of the most charismatic and affable American leader in modern times.

meierscheimer repeats himself alot. nothing wrong with that mind you, we have alot of ppl like that in this topic. we dont agree on some things so better not to talk about them (as its silly to expect a different outcome).

I agree. It is funny, you know I like reading books on these, I don't own any of John's book. So I did a search on books by similar authors on google.

And I am already reading some of them.

I wish I have more time to compare and contrast the writings of Graham Allison and Joseph Nye and pick out their thoughts on Ukraine / Russia / USA and China.

Hey guys. I suggest going through this. One of the best interviews and discussions I have watch lately, interviewer is former Trade Minister of Indonesia Gita Wirjawan with John Mearsheimer.
Really worth a watch honestly.

^malopox, ^ferdia, ^ownyaah, ^djunior, ^norlander, ^dizzybusiness,

If you guys have time.

Titled Is China the real winner of the Ukraine War.

This gives a perspective that China doesn't want the war to stop anytime soon which is actually different from the news that they are trying to get Russia and Ukraine on the peace talk table.

Definitely china 1# winner, US 2#.

Russia and India abandon the deal in progress to buy oil for rupees, and instead are going to use... the Yuan
After all, how much trust can Russia have in holding large reserves of rupees, when the west is tugging so hard on India to join the new iron curtain? If anything, a large Russian trade imbalance with India actually counterintuitively results in a perverse motivation for India to betray Russia and lock out their banking sector, because in effect India would be getting away with stealing that much oil- unspendable rupees making it an exchange of goods for monopoly dollars. So where does Russia turn for a reserve currency, when the dollar is now weaponized and unaligned countries can't be trusted? The new petroyuan

As we've said a bunch, this is the real time end of the american petrodollar and the bedrock that has supported american economic hegemony post WW2, and its entirely of our own doing. Really, Joe Biden's doing. He's crashing this plane

Russia kills hundreds, thousands civilians with bombing, shelling, loot, abduct children, rape, execute, torture people, but " wow look this drone over the Kremlin, this is clearly a provocation"...

And now... "The end of the petro dollar"...? Im skeptical Goomshill ...
