Could be a simple message to Putin that "you're not safe". Seems it's a drone which self detonated.

/regarding the explosion it's so theatrical (seems a fuel made for visual effects) that it could even be a "you're not safe" false flag too.

the cheap drones that can travel hundreds of miles and not get shot down has a limited payload. A mugin-5 has a payload of ~30 lbs, right? A tomahawk cruise missile can have a 1000 lb warhead, while JDAMs are 500-2000 lbs
that didn't look like anything larger, assuming the flag is to scale like I assume it is
