Maybe some people tried to make some money in the west without knowing the language, and that's where the stereotype came from. IDK.
It could also be that 300 years of foreign occupation, focused on killing the elites and educated ones, had some impact on lowering the average IQ of people, but its still bad to use such stereotypes.
IDK, never considered my country as stupid people.
I met many stupid foreign people, but dont know if they are more or less numerous than in Poland.

You guys in the west dont know that life can be harsh, you are used to being wealthy and you dont really have imagination how is the life under Russian occupation.
For many of you Putin is a nice guy on a motorbike, or giving children candies at a propaganda videos, while in reality he is evil villain.
