The only thing i can regret with RUSCISM is that it explicitely includes "rus" so russian people could be unilaterally targeted, which is wrong.
I guess only a part of russians are actively advocating this ideology, the others are fooled by it, directly aware and opposed, or are simply shrugging shoulders (passive acceptation while knowing it's just wrong).
