https://sanfrancisco.cbslocal.com/2021/03/02/update-antioch-police-deny-officers-kneeled-on-neck-of-navy-vet/Funny, but where's the video? California does not approve of the knee on the neck in restraint. It's one state where such training is NOT allowed, and given California has required Shoulder Cams for a decade, if there was video evidence of a "knee on the neck" it'd already be public.
Likewise, the second article is alleging something without any facts, evidence, or proof, and using the Floyd case as a means to file a civil suit.
You're not posting proof here. You're posting allegations in a desperate attempt to prove something you simply can't prove.

Add literally the EXACT SAME DEPARTMENT killing a guy the same way 10 years ago..
Minneapolis paid out $3 million to settle a lawsuit over the 2010 death of David Smith, 28. The young black man was mentally ill, his attorneys said, and died after officers Tasered him and then held him facedown on the floor for several minutes. One of them kept a knee on his back even after he stopped responding to questions.
So that's four so far, in 5 minutes on google, pretty sure i can probably find a few more..
That's not even alleging a knee on the neck at all. As a point in fact, in that case, the knee was pressed hard between the shoulder blades, and caused mechanical asphyxiations. Literally, the officer compressed Smith's lungs. This was not a possibility in the Floyd case, and that method of restraint went AGAINST the department's official training.
Try harder, Matt.
