last week i posted a clickbait BLM thread, i regularly harass cam, tis, etc type posters they just mostly ignore me.

ive been arguing the ukraine war against mostly pro-russian orcs for a year now.

my position on automation, the only topic i actually care about a lot, is antithetical to capitalism.

and on almost every single topic im a card carrying liberal, and have voted consistently democrat or independent for the last 4 presidential cycles. i havent voted for a republican since i was a literal teenager.

but that, if anything, is what minorly irks me. i can vote democrat, agree in broad strokes with the democratic platform, but have small gripes. and still come up against a lot of pushback, insults, and attacks on my character. im fine getting in the mud, i'd just like the fact that im a very close ally to be acknowledged here and there. the right doesnt get my vote, and they get a lot of the blame as i admit. just look above when i said they're to blame and have moved right and u didnt even make note of it, that was my actual opinion btw. they've gone more batshit since about 2015 by a wide margin.

Bruh, voting Democrat isn't a leftist thing to do. It's a "lesser of two evils" thing to do. Democrats are pretty staunchly on the right. They aren't giving meaningful pushback to the anti-trans stuff, and are largely avoiding it because Dems are also generally conservatives.

I think you over-estimate how far left you are, because even when you're being genuine you still come across as pretty conservative, which makes sense why you're comfortable voting for Democrats.

And, should such examples exist, people within the community would also find issue with it. Again, I think because most people have never seen trans people outside of porn, they just associate the experience as inherently sexual.

Any time i post this i get "in europe you'd be a conservative" responses. it should have been clear i was using "leftist" and "US democrat" interchangeably, but in today's news the sky is also blue. you both know this, you're just being semantic.

My sense is this is being normalized, when it was never normal even if you remove the lgbtq angle to it.

The sane thing is to ask these people what and why the fuck are you twerking in a thong in front of a kid at a b-day party or story hour because we never found that normal and acceptable behavior prior.

Even in the USA Democrats are not leftist. They are pretty often significantly right of their constituents.

Even Joe Manchin is to the right of his voters, but he also has to appease the fossil fuel lobby that is huge in his state.

I guess I'm confused because this isn't happening, nor is it being advocated for. Is this something you've heard about via conservative channels?
