That’s the problem with pierre. If he gets in trouble with his logical fallacies he dodges.

It’s not the first time, it’s not the last time.

Poopoff can't deal with maths or fair example of whataboutism.

Why are you dodging though?

You are literally one of the few here that just trolls instead of Debating like this sub forum is supposed to be - I mean look at this solid contribution:

Some people here should stop to imagine i will fall into their doctored leak lies, false equivalences, personal attacks, or whataboutism.

So i pointed out a very interesting timeline, which is still going on today (i will pass on deportations)

Again, saying “pootin bad, fake news” is bad debating practices. A better way to debate would be to work on improving speech eloquence and ability to construct or deconstruct an argument. See eg this link - 2 pager document.

On the note of Ukranian language suppression - I find it quite funny to see a link to pretty badly written Wikipedia page that starts in 1700s when it was extremely difficult to identify what pieces of Kievan Rus still belonged to Ukraine. Majority of modern Ukranian cities were built by the Russian Empire (Odessa - 1794, Nikolaev, - 1789 etc) which supplied resources and manpower to build those cities and cultivate land. Before that it was mostly Cossacks and Turks that didn’t speak a yota of modern Ukranian developed by Taras Shevchenko in the 19th century. If anything you could argue that Russian empire suppressed Turkish in Ukraine to fight Ottoman influence whom they were constantly at war with to gain access to warm water harbour of Crimea / Nikolaev.

‘s link is quite interesting as it touches upon an interesting subject of governance of big countries. Eg Russian Empire at the time had 150 distinct languages. Multiplying bureaucracy by 150 to have everyone able to speak all 150 languages is impractical so a few core (with Russian being universal) was chosen to be able to govern efficiently. Same as any other country (eg France chose French and all other local languages were sidelined).

If you eg observe current European Union struggles with an army of bueracrats and translators in Brussels translating every single press release 27 times you understand the unrealistic administrative burden that would put on governance. Even EU has basically adopted English as the main mode of communication between countries unless you have a presence of specially trained diplomats that are able to speak and most importantly - interpret languages of the union. UK is not even in the EU anymore - yet English remains (Ireland is still in, but one could argue they should choose Gaelic as national language).

Let me know if you need more links on debating practices. Happy to help!

Among other things, this study shows the end of the 19th century explosive in terms of the growth of nationalism and a strange interest in national and linguistic identity, smoothly flowing into world wars.

Holodor is not exclusive to Ukrainians, not to mention Stalin was Georgian and the largest Communist party of USSR was Ukrainian opressing their own people.
