Yes. Is that hard too hard for you to understand, that trump was discussing a pardon of a then unconvicted individual that was his former campaign manager? If trump thought Manafort was innocent (which it's clear now he thought Manafort was guilty), why would he be discussing a pardon before Manafort was found guilty?

That would be interesting if it had happened that way, which it didn't.
