Seeing as its just a newsletter platform for journalists, its no different than linking to sites like the NYTimes or WaPo or whatever else, which has always been allowed on PARD.
Never seen anyone have issue with linking to articles by journalists before, especially these high profile ones like Seymour Hersh's report which has been the subject of a whole national news cycle

It would be handy if whichever mod is taking issue with substack to just uh, read a wiki page on it

suspended 3 times, just back now. so the user that posted the link didnt get suspended but because i linked it i was suspended 3 times (sounds like a vendetta).
2nd time this happened. and there I was trying to help certain people.

Seems the original link from djshit wasn't reported, so it's someone who reported you only. You can verify it by reporting:

and select the same reason involved in the suspension PM you received. (/e i guess it's "bad link" reason ?)
Btw i realize i even quoted the link myself too. Saying this i'm 100% sure some fan will report it, i will tell you if i got suspended.

The bans or suspensions in this forum do not make sense, ferdia is the most well behaved person in this thread by miles...

They should have to explain their reasons for a ban or suspension in situations like this. If you got suspended 3 times in a small amount of time, wouldn't it be easier to message with "hey that link is bad" or whatever?
