The video reiterates China inexorable quest to become a global super power and gives hints as to how they are doing that. The video also provides a brief view of who is more likely to win in Ukraine, and then speaks briefly on taiwan.

The west has embargo'd / sanctioned sales of weapons to Russia. Russia is currently at war and therefore needs to replenish military suppliers, therefore it is on the international market buying weapons from such places as north korea and iran etc.
