The video from an indian source outlined that Zelensky was addressing the Austrian parliament. The video suggests that lawmakers questioned the legality of the speech noting that they were neutral. While an element walked out, the video highlights that this was the far right element. i.e. they support Ukraine but are not a military ally.
I would say: it is irrelevant if you can get someone from China to complain about England, but if you get a strong Conservative politician, like Theresa May, giving out about about the UK Government (as we saw re: the migrants bill) then it is powerful.
i.e. it would need to be the ruling party of a EU pro Nato government walking out, for me to blink. having a fringe party carry out a stunt like this is largely, to my mind, irrelevant.

remember dont form a view of something in the moment, better to look at things long term rather then what occurs daily.
