okay some people have been deciphering this and the apparent new bombshell comes from page 7;

The
february leak would be different than the previous leaks from McCabe we already knew about, the WSJ leak in november.
This likely means that it was none other than Andrew McCabe who leaked the FISA wiretap of Michael Flynn that showed he was lying about meeting with Kislyak.
Granted this isn't proof he's responsible, its just strong evidence he was being investigated for that very leak after the evidence someone overheard him talking about it.
But if that's the case, it solves the question of how Flynn's FISA transcript got leaked to the media which is what destroyed his career. We still don't know who unmasked the transcript, Susan Rice is adamant that someone else did it and signed her name, but Flynn is likely the culprit of who leaked it to the media just to discredit Flynn.
This all would also mean that McCabe was a serial leaker who was abusing his office not only to make himself look good and cover up his crimes, but specifically for the purpose of undermining Donald Trump's administration.
And Comey swore that his #2 McCabe was an upstanding and trustworthy guy to Trump's face, repeatedly.
Now look at all this and tell me that the Intelligence Community wasn't a fucking catastrophe circa winter 2016-2017.
