Last year when this story 1st broke... there was a video of a crazy girl put in the same hold... didn't kill her. :/

Same hold was in standard use in multiple states for over a decade. Never has a single person died from the hold. That is still true.

Coroner's report found Floyd died of an overdose of Fentanyl and Methamphetamines. Not from "being choked".

Yes. A multiple offender CRIMINAL died of an OVERDOSE while the police were protecting the public from him.

You're starting to understand.

That's why the cause of death was ruled a homicide. Because he died of an overdose.

Clearly a statement from a person who did not follow the timeline.

When the police showed up, Floyd swallowed his drugs to avoid a possession charge, because as it turns out, possession would have been a felony, under the influence would have been the most minor misdemeanor.

He then was cooperative with the police, who were perfectly civil with him. When the police put him in the cruiser, he went into a state of Excited Delirium, and demanded to be taken out of the vehicle. He was complaining that he could not breath while IN the vehicle.

When he was back out of the vehicle and on the ground, again because he was in a state of Excited Delirium, he was kicking and squirming (aka resisting). So the restraint hold that was used was called for.

After over 20 minutes, the fentanyl and methamphetamines that he swallowed to avoid a possession charge worked their way through his system, and caused a heart attack.

Coroner report ruled it a drug overdose. You're repeating the lie.

Non-state autopsy says he died at scene from axyphixiation. Police officer conveniently had him in an illegal choke hold and ignored a possible medical emergency. Police actively prevented medical first responders from intervening. A trial is more than justified to any reasonable person.

Are you saying women are just better at being choked? Fucking creep.

If you are talking about the knee maneuver, their department trains their officers to use it so it’s not illegal.

As far as the medical attention goes, you can be sued for moving a person who has been in a car crash before proper medical attentions arrives, I’m sure the same would apply if they just let any random off the street who says they are trained do cpr etc. they called an ambulance, the proper way of treating the suspect.

Add literally the EXACT SAME DEPARTMENT killing a guy the same way 10 years ago..
Minneapolis paid out $3 million to settle a lawsuit over the 2010 death of David Smith, 28. The young black man was mentally ill, his attorneys said, and died after officers Tasered him and then held him facedown on the floor for several minutes. One of them kept a knee on his back even after he stopped responding to questions.

So that's four so far, in 5 minutes on google, pretty sure i can probably find a few more..

So the appropriate reaction to a drug od is a knee to the neck? Or was he saying he cant breath as he had cardiac arrest ? So is it the effects of choke holds your an expert on? Or the peak effect timeline of fentanyl? You seem to have a lot of critical street info. Except of course the knee part. Not of importance. Lol
