staying on topic if the US does not recognise Russia's concerns of US surveillance drones (and does not understand or acknowledge that Russia showed restraint), and continue to fly drones that close, that Russia will start to shoot them down, this will then escalate with a US response and the neverending escalation that we have seen to date.

As to the drones, as I said in the other thread Russia should expand this. Shoot down every drone, plane and even satellite that comes near Russian territory, until America shows some spine.

Through the war and even once they got desperate with the volkssturm at the end, the Nazis were far more likely to simply execute any forcible conscripts who refused to fight, even the child soldiers. I guess the difference is, the Ukrainian Nazis are trying to defend lands that are already depopulated and they are desperate to find warm bodies to throw into the meatgrinder, whereas the US and Soviets closed in on the civilian population in their own homeland. That's why they're nabbing folks off the streets in Odessa, because there isn't anyone left in the streets of Bakhmut. Heck the streets of Bakhmut don't even exist anymore for that matter
