It's very unlikely that a single obsolete sub would be able to cause any significant damage. On the slim chance that it actually carries nukes, it might be able to nuke a city in Australia, SK, or Japan, but it's quite limited in range and can't get very far from Korea.
If full-scale war with Korea did break out, there would likely be enough naval presence in the area to shoot down any missiles this sub tries to launch.
