I said Ukrainians decided to lock it (and eventually to unlock it anytime) because they can't throw people through windows. So they have to protect themselves from:
- External and internal influencers/agents/celebs of any kind more or less paid by Russia.
- In case of coup or mass assassination
- To show they handle the full decision to others governement

This is a technical measure IMHO, and Lavrov, the guy which gives millions to mistress & daughter, is using it as an argument that "Ukraine doesn't want peace".
While missiles are hitting civilian buildings because Russians are making almost no progress on the military.
