Saddam didnt have anything after the iraq war he was dead. If they had nuclear weapons in the first place the US would not have been able to invade for fear of a nuclear attack on the US. thats why nothing is done about north korea. The narrative of WMD's was proven to be untrue and they had to change the law in England sothat what Tony Blair did could not be repeated. He was not a war criminal because there was no law at the time for him doing what he did. You cant invade Russia or China (or North Korea) or the US because they have the ultimate deterrent.
I am not sure if I am wrong about the United States.
But USA as a country values individualism over collectivism.
Every single election, they need a hero. A hero that can perform either domestically or internationally. At times I think to myself , as much as conspiracy theory is being frown upon, they might even create a situation where the elected President can be their Hero on international level.
Which might sometimes explain the
wars.
But then again, please take my comments as a pinch of salt. But it does seem that before an Election, they pick their adversary on the international level, then they build on it and they spin a narrative on it. Good Versus Evil sort of struggle.
This isn't just my personal opinion, I had discussion with my American friends in Hong Kong as well, over some wine.....and half drunk...
So just take this as a superficial comment.
