There is some NATO equipment in Ukraine, but no NATO soldiers.
Ukraine is a free country, a free country can buy equipment from other countries, including NATO countries.
If NATO gives a huge discount to Ukraine, because Ukraine is poor atm, its fine too.
Generally supplying ammunition and arms is not considered in diplomatic world as joining the war.
In fact the supplies to Ukraine are limited, because NATO doesnt want to escalate war.

I don't know if Nato people provide Intel to Ukraine, what I know is that Poland has been a frequent target of Russian cyberattacks since the start of Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

Satelites images are sold on the market like goods, maybe some companies donate some satelite images to Ukraine, or give them a discount.
