Oh Yes i knew of the UK incident, but for a brief moment she still managed to go back to USA.
But it is difficult to comment on that case because it was a driving accident. So I won't touch on it.

Unless the case in Japan or South Korea is extremely horrific , if not they usually get away with it.

American Troops in the East have way much more immunity as compared to those in the West.

I have never pretended to be a moralist, that is the difference, i don´t put anyone on a moral high ground. All who take part in war commit atrocities because humans are inherently capable of such.

At the same time, I would never mention something as banal as 1 driving accident, when millions have been killed.

Any country, which possessed nuclear weapons (and nobody else) would use them quite frequently. Has nothing to do with insanity. Large countries are all rational actors. US operates by the same logic as Russia, China etc. Anyone who disagrees with that, has no understanding of politics. (there is some social/historical aspects to it, but generally speaking)

I am scared of any nuclear super power that goes unchecked and potentially go crazy ( which they will not )

Perhaps because of the region I am currently residing and also my citizenship in my original country ( I am staying in Hong Kong and I am a Singaporean citizen ), I will be less afraid of Russia and USA and China military wise.

But I am more afraid of possible Muslim extremist in my region.

So it is rather difficult for me to give you an honest answer towards your question.

I remember hearing about a US soldier who murdered at least one Japanese woman; but he was not prosecuted. And its probably not an isolated case.
The point is less about the fact is was an "accident" but that diplomatic immunity meant she might not face justice.

russia doesnt expand, tried to conquer other countries only 3 times since 18th century (meanwhiles words), have 2 military bases outside of russia and never ever used an atomic bomb on humans.

usa meanwhile (haha wordjoke) conqueres the whole world, bombing those who defend, installing 715+ military bases in 135+ countries in this world, triing to enslave anyone with a capitalistic „democracy“ system, AND already used the abomb. twice.
