https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Douglas_MacgregorYou realize that this guy said:
2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine he said:Three days after the war began, he said "The battle in eastern Ukraine is really almost over,"
"If [Ukraine] don't surrender in the next 24 hours, I suspect Russia will ultimately annihilate them."
"Russia should be allowed to seize whatever parts of Ukraine it wanted"
Later he revised his prediction:
"The first five days Russian forces I think frankly were too gentle. They've now corrected that. So, I would say another 10 days this should be completely over..."
His opinion on NATO :In a 2016 presentation to military students, Macgregor said that "old alliances like NATO may vanish", arguing that it is "time to reexamine U.S. investment in 'allies' that are doing too little to secure their own sovereign interests" and that the "Cold War ended 27 years ago"
Finally, on ukraine again, months later:In September 2022, he again predicted on Carlson's show that “this war may be over soon”[66] and later in the month "the Ukrainian army is bled white, tens of thousands of Ukrainian troops have been killed or wounded, Ukraine is really on the ropes".
=> I don't really have much of a personal opinion on this guy. But proofs are here he is dangerously wrong and a clown.
Are you serious? He was talking about the Ukrainian army in Feb 2022, what did you not understand? The West gave literally thousands of javelins and NLAWS and entire lists of stuff that bought Ukraine time. As a matter of fact they burned through 7 years of javelin production in 1 year time and burned through 1M+ 155 mm artillery rounds provided to them by the US and NATO allies. LMK if you need sources.
No one can deliver accurate predictions on when exactly Ukraine will collapse, it's clear a huge number of Ukrainian soldiers perished while Western MSM narrative is that only civilians are being killed.
MacGregor is a good source unlike Western MSM. Deal with it

It's a bullshit talking point, always has been.
Here's a useful explainer about the uprising:
https://www.thebulwark.com/what-really-happened-in-ukraine-in-2014-and-since-then/ There's a substantive difference between a popular uprising and an unpopular coup. For instance, the American revolution was a popular uprising, while Trump's machinations after he lost to Biden were an attempted coup.
Also, even if it were true, it doesn't in any way justify what the Russians have engaged in the past year. You're helping to justify a campaign that uses genocidal language and tactics.
Lawl.
Djunior doesn't want to hear facts, he wants to hear people paint him a narrative that aligns with his priors. And people like McGregor do that.
The quote on NATO is particularly funny. I recall people here a few years ago posting about how NATO is obsolete, there's really no point to it's existence, and now even Sweden and Finland want to join. Institutions matter, we should try to preserve them.
Like I said you live in your own reality. The sources I've provided (NATO expansion, Euromaidan and so on) are
legitimate sources that cannot be refuted.Keep clowning around, clown
