Read through some. Got the bottom to see their sources cited. 9/10 sources are literally official Ukrainian government facebook posts. This is why i'm skeptical of these type of assessments.

also ISW is after all a source, and all source have their own bias ( as i mentioned around 20-40 pages ago about ISW).

Financial aid yes.
Military aid no.
The Chinese have around 20 to 30 billion USD worth of Investment in Ukraine.
Russia kind of fucked it up. They are not very happy in their inner circle. But they cannot not support Russia some way or another.
