Sure, but it makes a big difference for the impeachment proceedings. "On the day of the attack on the Capitol, he held a rally which directly called for violence" is probably impeachable. "His irresponsible rhetoric over a period of months caused a slow-burning radicalization among a small subset of his supporters which ultimately led to autonomously carried out attacks" most definitely isnt.
