A majority of it was the state legislatures, who OK'd widespread unsolicited mail in ballots and questionable machines like Dominion.

At that point, any dime a dozen person could open ten random mail boxes and mail out another person's (or dead person's) ballot. Untraceably.

Fighting for a cause albeit dumb > ego massaging rallies and a lot were wearing masks as opposed to muh freedom rallies at least. A vast majority were peaceful protestors but the few bad apples marred the main goal of the movement .
