50 convictions for lots of forms of assault, burglary including robbing and vandalizing churches, theft, terroristic threats, aggravated robbery, assaulting police officers, domestic assault, DWI, fleeing police, obstruction of peace officers, assault with deadly weapon, underage drinking, brawling, trespassing, tampering with motor vehicles, disorderly conduct and a few other convictions. Its numerous per year going back to when he turned 18, so we can only wonder how long his sealed record as a minor really is.
In a great credit to our state's progressive criminal justice system, Abdihakim was still out on the streets because his numerous violent felonies kept getting stayed sentences despite his obvious recidivism and parole violations, as well as being routinely released from custody with no bail, including after he threatened to murder staff at a St. Cloud detox center while throwing furniture and destroying property, which was coincidentally about to be up for a jury trial starting tomorrow.
