100$ is basically nothing compared to worker outages from C19. its a money play, 100$ to get a worker with a 90%+ chance not to contract C19 and then be off work for 10 or so days.

signing bonuses for things like the army in the US is a dodge charger, 100$ is a joke for a company that is making record profits.
