That conversation is a dead end ok.

But with regards to Boris's video, I dont understand where he gets the "Putin cannot be trusted" from. What is he referring to?

Probably referring to Putin's trustworthiness? :D

I dont mind diving into that, do you have any examples, ideally outside of anything to do with Ukraine of course (but you can use ukraine if you want). just one example is fine. I will champion your position and you try to come up with a counter argument ?

"Putin is not to be trusted because..." <-- i will champion this and you debate the counter argument ?

I'm interested but to be clear, I didn't say that was my position. Its something Boris said.

I already posted about it yesterday. nothing will come of it. Trying to make a peace deal with the smaller power is futile, you can only really get a peace deal if the most powerful side agrees, and I see no sign of China being able to tell or ask the US what to do.

from a total war perspective, if russia ceased all military action today it would be a bad move for russia noting this would give ukraine the time it needs to repair and enhance its military capabilities. russia knows that. china knows that. the us knows that. ukraine knows that.

so regardless of who caused the war, who is killing people, who is adding fuel, this china "deal" is basically a lame duck. its mind boggeling that this event is even being reported. its probably some vestige of good reporting.

I am waiting to see if Trump is going to join in the elections next year.
If he wins the elections ....... We might actually see an end to this and even the Taiwan situation might subside a little.

I just came back from China back to Hong Kong, I think you might have read that I came back. There is news that he is going to be very aggressive this election.

>trump in east palestine handing out palettes of trump water, goya beans and other supplies, buying mcdonalds meals for responders and hobnobbing with crowds
>biden in ukraine to drum up support for an endless proxy war

its really a jarring juxtaposition
it would be the most unforced error in recent memory if the entire media establishment wasn't dedicated to the weekend at bernies routine with this administration
