a video where the former prime ministor of boris lays out his position whereby he convinced his peers not to negotiate with Putin. how is that not "on the record" ?

Admittedly I'm arguing over the semantics of using "on record" I still think that it is prudent to have a record of something, if your saying that there is one.

HE WAS THE LEADER OF ENGLAND, HE STEERED THE NARRATIVE OF NOT NEGOTIATING WITH PUTIN, HOW IS THAT NOT ON THE RECORD LOL.
