former president Trump calls out how the state department and folks like Victoria Nuland were behind the Euromaidan color revolution in 2014.

So lets wash away any pretense that the Ukrainian revolution was some organic uprising without foreign meddling. We can split hairs over how much it was a managed color revolution vs how many partisan Ukrainians were willing to go to arms, but its clear the CIA and state department stoked it and directly managed it and controlled the outcome as a vichy regime.
His statement is far less conclusive than you make it out to be. Here's what Trump said specifically:
Quote (Trump)
"For decades, we've had the same people, such as Victoria Nuland, obsessed with pushing Ukraine toward NATO, not to mention the State Department's support for uprisings in Ukraine"
Trump's comment does not imply that the uprisings in Ukraine were inorganic/astroturfed, it doesn't even imply that the CIA or the State Department were leading or orchestrating the Euromaidan revolution, or controlled the outcome. Your perspective might still be correct, but it doesn't logically follow from the evidence you provided.
It should also be noted that Russia's foreign intelligence was without a doubt
supporting the other side too. It's not like there's a huge imbalance or asymmetry, not like the nefarious U.S. pushed a peaceful, perfectly balanced country onto the brink of civil war. The situation in Ukraine was untenable in the long run anyway if you ask me.
