Imagine the amount of infrastructure developments , Student debt ( maybe not forgo everything ) but at least give huge government discounts to the needy, border security etc etc could have been completed with that money.

It's wild to watch Americans complain constantly about their decreasing quality of life but as soon as the war drums start beating on FOX or CNN they are basically in lockstep with the government on why they have no choice but to bomb some more poor people on the other side of the world.

Your government didn't even get all the Americans out before leaving... what mental gymnastics are you performing to convince yourself that wasn't a giant embarrassment and loss for the US?

And in the recent years Tucker Carlson have begin to become a lot better and I enjoy watching him. Now and then he has some really weird takes, but overall he is quite different now.

Geraldo and Fareed i tend to like, I find them to usually be quite fair in their reporting and willing to upset people on their own side of politics.

I find Tucker interesting as a person but I find his reporting to be a bit bombastic, feels more like entertainment news, if you know what I mean? I watched a cool interview between him and Gavin Mcciness a long time ago, Gavin was the founder of VICE magazine who became controversial because he started that Proud Boys group. At least Tucker stopped wearing the bow tie
