There are hundreds of videos posted on twitter of Ukrainian army/police literally forcing people. There is nothing fake or false about that.

I don't condone forcing anyone to fight. However you conveniently don't highlight that a majority of Ukrainians have chosen to fight.
The last thing they need are detractors complaining about the financial cost of supporting them.
Its correct to scrutinise what support is valid, but I see it as critical to create a detterent against Putin.
Appeasing Russia over Georgia and particularly Crimea was a mistake.
Look where it got us all?

Merkle damned Ukraine when she veto'd accession to NATO. Then she over exposed Germany's economy to Russia. And Scholz has been stalling on sending what Ukrainians say they need to defend themselves.
Ukraine asked for Leopards a year ago.
How many lives could have been saved by taking decisions to support Ukraine quicker?
It is a valid question.

The cost of appeasing aggression is inevitably higher than deterring aggression.

Videos can be staged, arrests in occupied territories, arrests of deserters or criminals...

she veto'd accession because she knew it would lead to war. her arguement was circumvented and now we have war. if you want to bitch about merkle fine, but it should not be for this reason.

She vetoed to avoid a war that still happened?

If Ukraine was in NATO this war doesn't happen.
