No. The mRNA in the vaccine is localized to the place you injected it and doesn't last very long. There's no chance it migrates to the nose and then gets picked up by a PCR test.

Not really. It only needs to get into the local cells and have the spike protein made in them. It's not injected into the blood stream. I mean, an incredibly tiny amount might get into the blood through the capilaries, but it's going to be so insanely small that it would be impossible to detect unless you're putting it through million dollar instruments.
