That is a different point: the perception of the russian army. Today many realize that their perception was false and that most of the money got wasted into personal "gains" at every level. Even more than anticipated.
This can hardly give you an excuse about your initial "mark my words" statement that the "war" aka agression would have been won in few months by Russia. You simply opened it too fast. And you did it again in december by saying victory for Russia was only a matter of months, again.

Unfortunately seems the agression did not motivate many in Russia: Corruption continues; Russian soldiers (or a part of them) are still complaining to get plastic helmets and schoolgirl quality jackets.
