Not on the info i read; it was more about "russia is running out of ammunitions" which includes the shelling & probably a whole other various projectiles doing the war crimes we know.

The message since April last year is that Russia is running out of precision munitions, the reason given is that the sanctions are crippling Russia (and that's false, Russia can evade sanctions by importing micro chips needed for precision munitions from third parties just like Iran does, NK, and so on).

I would also add this on a side note: there's also a secure reserve that should never be used except for defensive or last ressort purpose.
So we could claim as example that russia still have 1500 missiles over it's 5000 initial stock, but the secure reserve being 1000 they only really have 500 left to use.

I'm very skeptical cuz Russia is swimming in raw materials and they have the means (factories) to produce that stuff. I bet they're pumping out shells 24/7
