Source? My understanding is that the FBI warned social media companies before the election that Russia might release disinformation. I may be wrong, but there was not a specific accusation from them about Hunter Biden.

And the FBI's warning made perfect sense obviously, because that's what the Russians do, and that's the FBI does(protecting America).
