Still, i think it's bad news for Trump that Guiliani is full blown attacking Cohen. This will make Cohen angrier and more likely to fully cooperate with Mueller.

I dont think it will leads to nowhere: if Cohen is going fully against Trump after being his personal lawyer for a decade... The dirt is real...

I'd like to see how this story shakes out before making any guesses as to political fallout. Its a bombshell if its real, but there are so many things that go against the grain of what we already know and inconsistencies in the story
and if Cohen had such leverage on Trump and meant to use it, couldn't he have worn a wire and talked to Trump about it and gotten hard evidence?

What do you mean by this? Trump and Cohen were friendly right up until this year, so why would cohen wear a wire in 2016? I think i must be misunderstanding you.

May not help prosecution, but impeachment doesn’t require the same amount of proof as a criminal trial.

It's more than likely real - but it's just Cohen's word apparently, i think Cohen's lawyer said there's no audio recording. If there was, i think we'd be looking at definite obstruction of justice. I think trump is inevitability f'd though and it'll be glorious.

There was a lot of speculation that there was no way trump wouldn't be aware of Jr.'s treasonous meeting with the Russians (remember Bannon even called it treason) so this really isn't a shocker IMO. More corruption/treasonous activity from the Trump administration.

Also reported today, the russian lawyer lady Vesilnitskaya (i know i butchered the f out of that last name lol, dont feel like looking it up) that Jr. Met with is in fact very well connected to the Kremlin like everyone thought.
